AFRICA LIGHTS OF

bitter, harsh assessment: Africa at your feet! Africans themselves pose. Fifty years after independence of (most) his country, the Continent seems to do on site in virtually all areas of development index (DI). Apart from some limited progress reported here and there. Particularly with respect to the erection of unnecessary turns to the glory of the Head of State. Now then we know from history, not educate them, moreover, that a long exercise of power in Africa as elsewhere, has to corruption. The African president who has already consciousness to be sitting on an ejection seat, knows his fleeting glory. And his life in danger out of office.
Reason why we see-and the trend seems, alas, bend-dictators reborn from the ashes in thwarting all the tricks of democracy. To emerge victorious from elections as flawed as the "new" constitution which have authorized.
We are witnessing today, stunned, to dynastic succession of power. Fathers are adamant that perpetuate son. If they are they who are educated from their childhood that they are promised the power of law "divine". Or
opposition, sometimes rebellion, forcing the sharing of power in international pressure. Otherwise only the tip of the Kalashnikov.
juntas eat their children. Practice infanticide that we thought was past ...
Last but not least, the unusual: an African regime, we learn dumbfounded, would heavily invested public money in something other than weapons, personal enrichment, the loyalty etc. courting. And a huge budget was allocated for the purchase of textbooks! The money (of course) has been hijacked and Is there continues to be surprised that the power of the caciques have even been indicted for "hijacking a public school textbooks." Something akin to the abuse of corporate assets. It looks like Chirac of France. Far from it.
This rare gem has been served by Chad!
Who would have thought? N'djamena capitals of "lights" ... So
oil wealth, against all odds, would also benefit the people!
Looks like a renaissance. Forceps, admittedly, but still a renewal in the political a plan to distinguish himself other than defraying the grotesque antics of chronic.
Idriss Deby, whom no one suspected he could maintain some connivance with education, just throw a stone into the creek. Splashing in his own entourage, it also reaches those of its par (ie everyone) who have always reserved a speech on education circumstance never followed up.
In all good, the stunning Chadian initiative in Africa is a real precedent. In terms of education, since that is what it is. But as the investigation offenders.

Expertise and myths
In Africa almost obsessive research expertise outside the walls in the West-it-means follows winding paths that lead inexorably towards prevarication. The series comes
Chad prove sufficiently if need be. Yet nothing is more opaque than a transaction concluded the opposite: jars of wine, undelivered goods, embezzlement etc.. Usually no one will ever check. Whether public transport buses, fine china (first lady), or there is new-school textbooks. Except of course the weapons that affect the safety of the Head of State ...
Fifty years after independence Africans remain committed to the myth of the (single) White knows. " For everything. Sometimes as long as the construction of canoes! Even though the navigation on the waters of the North has never been suited to this type of makeshift boat.
wrongly or intentionally, away from you is the hello, otherwise than beneficial.
African countries are able to offer varied services, ranging from the manufacture of footwear, domestic oil and comets, until the publication of textbooks. And for an necessarily cost less than that practiced by Western societies. Meaning exemption because of the exorbitant charges of transportation and labor. And if one were to argue that the quality-yet-another myth is precisely coiled in the West, they turned to Africans in the Diaspora ...
Because, ironically, a Chadian provides the same services for which the Chadian government has "scammed". In Montreal, Province of Quebec (Canada), Attic editions have rightly calling, among other things, the publication of textbooks for African countries. At unbeatable prices! By way of contribution to the education of the youth of the Continent.
Had he acted anything other than education, the poor relation of programs African regimes, "the Chadian case" did not constitute another news item on the order paper-death-of which only the Africa has the secret. But the "light" PROVINT not from the Senegal and Benin, countries known for their proximity to the culture, but Chad, never ceases to amaze. Reason why the event is an almost revolutionary.
Let there be light then. And it extends to all. For Africa to finally have his "enlightened dictatorship"
